8 Basic Hand (Jr,Teen) / 15 Basic Hand (Adult) / Pinan Shodan / Pinan Nidan / Shobui Techniques 1. Straight punch (Seiken oi tsuki) 1. Straight punch (Seiken oi tsuki) 1) Step forward left foot, lower block left hand, five straight punches starting with right hand 1) Step forward left foot, straight forward punch right hand, elbow strike right hand 1) Step forward left foot and left hand side fist block and two punches (L/R). 2) Step right foot back into cat stance, left hand upper open hand block and left leg side blade kick into ribs (L/R). 3) Step right foot to inside into seuchin, right arm inside fist side block, right arm elbow strike and right hand back fist (L/R). 4) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, left arm outside fist side block, turn and spin on left leg on persons body and right arm elbow strike into spine (L/R). 5) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, left arm outside side block, turn and spin on left leg on persons body and right arm elbow strike into spine and finish with throw using right leg (L/R). 6) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, right arm open hand side block, right leg round house kick and step through with right leg and finish with throw using right leg (L/R). 7) Step right foot back into cat stance, left arm upper open hand grabbing block and left leg side kick. Step left foot outside into seuchin, outside open right hand side block with left arm arm bar, right leg round house kick and step through and finish with throw using right leg (L/R). 8) Step left leg forward in seisan, left arm middle open hand block, right hand punch solar plexus, right hand 9) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, left arm open hand push block, right arm elbow strike into ribs (L/R). 10) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, left arm open hand push block, right arm elbow strike into ribs. While standing up, grab with left hand their gi at back of neck, pull off balance. Go to right knee and sweep back of knee with open left hand while pulling down with left hand. (L/R). 11) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, left arm open hand push block, right shuto into ribs (L/R). 12) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, left arm open hand push block, shuto into ribs. While standing up, grab with left hand their gi at back of neck, pull off balance. Take left leg and hook under there right leg and sweep throw holding on to their gi with left hand and their right arm with your right arm. (L/R). 13) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, right arm open hand side block, left fist punch into their floating rib (L/R). 14) Step left foot outside into seuchin on angle, right arm open hand side block, left fist punch into there floating rib. While standing up, grab with left hand their gi at back of neck, pull off balance. Take left leg and hook under their right leg and sweep throw holding on to their gi with left hand and their right arm with your right arm. (L/R). |
